Bless the Lord oh my soul!
Hi! I am 52 years old. I have been married (this time), for 28 years. I have a disgustingly slim, handsome husband, Randy. I have 3 children, and 5 grandsons. The Lord blessed me by letting me raise my oldest grandson, Austin. He is 13 now, and 2 inches taller than me! He is the light of our lives, and one of the reason's I decided to change my lifestyle.

My Goals:
Change my lifestyle to a more healthy one through diet and exercise. Lose 102lbs. Be able to play wih my grandsons. Spend time in more activities :) with my husband. I joined Spark people a few years ago, but just "got serious" on 1/7/2013. I WILL DO THIS!!!
My Program:
1200-1500 calories a day
PORTION CONTROL!
8-10 glasses of water
Walking and stationary bike every day.
Personal Information:
I am from TN. I love to garden, can, cook, and read (ANYTHING!) As a matter of fact, reading helped me get this way (fat). I read for an hour EVERY night before bed, I have since I was a child. The problem was, while I did, I was just mindlessly munching on something salty. THAT HAD TO STOP!! I am a liberal Baptist (is that an oxymoron?). I have been saved through my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I believe He loves us all
equally, and will save anyone who calls on his Holy Name, in faith and repentance. That is as close to a sermon or preaching that you will get from me ever, but I believe I should "confess him before men".
