I'm a retired psychology professor. I've lost 50 pounds in the past several years. I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes 15 years ago but have tight control (HbA1C 5.7) using metformin, diet, and exercise. I either walk on a treadmill 30 minutes and ride an exercycle 30 minutes or walk outdoors 1 hour daily. I also have sleep apnea that was diagnosed 20 years ago, although I have had it most of my adult life. I use a BiPap every night. I have heart disease and had 3 stents placed in my ...

I have heart disease and had 3 stents placed in my right coronary artery in 2012. I also have occluded small coronary arteries which cause angina.

I have been married for 54 years (June 2014) and have two daughters, both happily married, and five grandchildren. Our middle grandson was killed in an auto accident eight years ago. He was 19.

We are both retired and love to travel. You can tell this from my photos. We usually take one month-long international trip and one month-long trip within the US every year, along with several brief road trips around Minnesota and South Dakota and down to Texas. In the last year our travel has been limited due to my heart problems and my husband's aftereffects of several small strokes.

1) Walked into a room, forgot what you needed, walked out, and then remembered.

2) When you were younger, drew the sun in the corner of the paper.
3) When you were Little, thought the shape of a real heart was emoticon

4) Closed the fridge door really slow just to see when the lights went off.

5) Tried to balance the light between the ON & OFF.
