Never Give Up, Never Give In

I'm back from a long break. Tried using a diabetic tracker (My Sugar Monster) for a while. It's better for some diabetes-specific things but I did better while I was Sparking. The motivation here is so much better!

The subconscious thoughts produce the effect in our lives - what we see and experience. Our reaction to what we experience produces our emotions. Then often we react again by self-sabotage or blame, always being a victim of our own subconscious mind.

The answer is to be aware of what is pulling our strings. SMILE at it all gently and continue on course. When we do not give this dynamic any energy it simply dissipates.

I'm not talking about a cover up, or positive thinking. This is crucial involvement in the process of healing.
