I don't know who the doggies and cat are... I just enjoyed the pic and use it as motivation - walking a dog with ease is my dream.

I never know what foods are the same in US as Canada but I have a bread I am finding fills me up... Country Harvest fibre bread with 16 grams of fiber. They also have a protein bread now that has 17 g of protein and still a lot of fibre. This morning I had BLT's cutting most of the fat off the bacon... took me a while to pick through the bacon to find a meaty package. However my alternate breakfarst is usually oats and frozen fruit.

I really like the Dole Asian Crunch salad which mades 2 large lunch salads for me.

Crock pot dinners seem to be the best option right now, that I can start in the morning and will be ready at night. I've been using ground sirloin because it does not have the fat to make spagetti sauce to put on zuchhini pasta or chili, or tonight is a risatto with tinned tomatoes, rice and chicken thighs. I've also learned you can make sweet potatoes in the crock pot... no fuss, just throw them in on low in the morning and they are perfect for dinner, skins and all. Works for my large family well. I've been using frozen vegetables as the side. Just no time this week for any fussing.

I'm not sure what you are detoxing from. Hope you find the answer to your chip alternative. I like tahini sesame seed apple butter cookies as they are full of fiber and low in sugar and fill me up quickly... or GF muffins and fruit. I've been making pumpkin ones and zucchini ones but was making chocolate almond ones before. Lots of fiber seems to be the key for me.

I have a halloween party for my piano students on Saturday and I got the candy early to start getting them in the treat bags (and a few landed in my mouth) emoticon emoticon emoticon
