I'm trying to become a healthier, happier and more fit person. And I'm also trying to become a writer, Improve my craft/art and learn the business end of things. Strangely, these two goals seem to be at odds with each other. It seems that I can only focus on one thing at a time.

Re: what to put on plain veggies: don't have the guts to post it on the forum but this is what I did last week. I know you like PB so...

Not exactly ETL but not the worst choice either I think: made a sauce with
* 2 tablespoons peanut butter
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* a few tablespoons (coconut or real) milk
* a little chopped garlic (optional)
* 1/2 teaspoon sambal: can't find a translation for that word, here's pics: https://www.google.nl/search?q=sambal&tbm=

Throw all ingredients in a pan and stir until you have a smooth sauce. That's it. Add a little water if it's not liquid enough to your liking.
I love it! Just a little of this makes veggies, in particular a mix of shredded leeks, cabbage and peppers taste so much more interesting!

No I don´t think you´re overthinking it. I´m considering asking that question on one of the forums.

HA! Sorry. Relay For Life 2010. So many pix, so little time. Something like your template will be perfect!
