Thank you for commenting on my blog. I knew the almond butter currant romaine wraps wouldn't be filling enough, so had had a protein shake first and then also had some grape tomatoes and an apple. :)

Lesson to learn, don't ask anyone about their food tracker. OUCH I found out the hard way, this is not an area to approach. Whether it be their not eating right, or they are not tracking. This is a very sensitive area to some. In my case, I never approached the actual content, I just asked the question. ARRRRGGGHHH biggest mistake of my Sparkpeople lifetime! MJ

I look at it this way you list it, you want people to see how your doing, I have mine listed for that reason. But again, this is a very taboo subject I guess.

ST = Strength Training
I read that that size of one's stomach is about as big as our closed fist. So one plate full of food should be enough...! I'm trying to learn to no longer automatically have second helpings at supper. Nothing wrong with eating when hungry, but I wasn't hungry any more and still had seconds... (shaking head).
