I did reply to your sparkmail, don't know if you got it or not... But would certainly love to have a buddy to talk to about this journey and the changes I (we) are making... share tips, help each other stay focused... I was looking for someone to check in with maybe once a day, more or less, to keep each other accountable... So feel free to let me know if that sounds like something you'd be interested in.
I started last week strong and then needed to adjust some things, so didn't slide back but wasn't as consistent as I'd like... so will make adjustments this week. Learned a lot, lost 1.5 pounds and excited to do more this week and see where that takes me.
