Summers are for water activities. You cannot exercise seasonally, you know that. I was very much surprised that when I had a gap, how quickly my muscles forgot where I am, so there does appear to be a limit to so-called "muscle memory".
It's all about attitude, and I am looking once again for mine. I just know that when I do get into the exercise groove, I feel infinitely better, and I sleep better, too.
Hey, Doc! Thanks for stopping by. I see from your feed you're restarting your fitness program. I rejoined my gym for that exact same reason: I need a rhythm to the day. It will help with sleep, too.
I am pretty determined.I love to read and I seldom let anything get me down for long.I have a garden and grow all sorts of things and I can cook lots of different foods.I still do yoga and water aerobics, so I do get exercise even though my legs are not very co-operative.
