The start to loving myself and looking good while doing it!
Hi my name is Danielle. I'm 23 years old with the most amazing son! I currently work with 5 older gentleman who have developmental delays, and it's the most rewarding job. I'm thinking of going back to school to be an RN (have my associates in Medical Assisting) and would specially love to continue to work with the DD community :) But that's not what got me here. Very poor lifestyle choices, a pregnancy, health issues with my thyroid, and then to finish it off very bad relationships/friendships ...

Very poor lifestyle choices, a pregnancy, health issues with my thyroid, and then to finish it off very bad relationships/friendships that led to many mental, physical, and especially emotional problems. But I'm trying to start this page to not make excuses. I want something that will hold me accountable, something or someone to help make sure I don't continue slipping by, and I figured with this website I will have to track everything I do and visually see how good or bad I'm doing. There is lots of inspiration and motivation to be found from other users on this site, and maybe I will make some new friends along the way :) Stats: 5'9", 23 years old, starting weight of 240 pounds, goal weight of first 199 then probably 160. I really don't have a set in stone weight, I just want to feel healthy, happy, and comfortable in my own skin.

*Be active at least 30 minutes every day *Drink 100 ounces of water every day *Count calories *Lose 2 lbs per week *First goal to be under 200 *Ultimate goal between 180-160 *To be able to shop at forever 21!!!
My Program:
*Only drink water or tea, coffee if absolutely needed *Cook meals at home minimum 5 days a week *Work out at least 150 hrs per week. *Swap between Biggest Loser Cardio max dvd and BL Power Sculpt every other day. *Do yoga on resting days
