I'm rebooting my weight loss on December 29, 2012 and signed up for SparkCoach to help me.

Completed my first half marathon 11/7/2010.
Unfortunately, I gained weight afterward and had been trying to get back to a healthy BMI ever since.

Recommitting to a healthy lifestyle.
Imagine weight loss is just like going down a set of stairs -
I am aiming to lose one pound at a time,and keep it off,
rather than trying to jump down an entire flight at once.

Updated goals for 2013
- make the majority of my meals at home
-exercise a minimum of 10 minutes a day, aiming for an hour daily
-do something DAILY toward weight loss
-DEVELOP A LIFESTYLE THAT WILL HELP ME REACH AND MAINTAIN GOAL WEIGHT BY 2014!

-Backpacked a month in Wyoming

-Love parasailing but would never skydive
-survived a plane overshooting a runway
