Working hard to make my dreams come true!

I'm a single 30-something gal living in New York City. I've had this extra weight on me for far too long. I am so ready to take it off! Throughout this journey, I've realized that I need help and motivation from others to help me be successful. I lost 24 pounds in 2009 but gained almost all of it back, then I lost 29 pounds in 2012 but gained most of if back - I want to break the pattern and lose the weight for good!

Thanks for the spark goodie. Hope you are feeling better. My headache is hanging on. Not turning into a migraine thank goodness, but just enough to throw me off. Have a wonderful weekend!

Oh, you're very welcome. I noticed that someone else had mentioned it to you back on the comments to that article, but I figured you wouldn't necessarily return there to see the info.

Happy sparkin'!

I saw your comment on the new nutrition tracker article. You were wondering about deleting more than one item at a time.

Did you mean from your meals? Or from your favourite foods?

If you wish to delete more than one item from your meals (say, dinner), simply go to "remove multiple foods" and it allows you to select however many items you need to delete.

I always thought that "delete multiple foods" meant I could only delete items that had been added more than once (ie. "multiple" times), but it means deleting more than one item at a time.

You can find the button if you scroll down past the tracker and your meals for that day.

Hope that helps!
