My Goals:
* I will only weigh myself once a week.
* I will exercise at least 4 days a week, for at least 30 minutes each day.
* I will eat at least 1 fruit and at least 4 vegetable servings every day
* I will unwind every day (as in myofascial release).

Weight Goal:
* By August 20, 2015 - weigh between 157.4-197.4 pounds.
* Monthly weight loss goals: 5 - 8.3 pounds shed per month
* Reach my target weight of 160 by September 27, 2015 - my 40th Birthday, which I will celebrate at Walt Disney World with family and friends.

My Program:
I am using the Nutrition Tracker and Fitness Tracker regularly.

I'm participating more in SparkTeams for support, inspiration and motivation.

I'm doing various exercise DVDs (kickboxing, cardio dance). I enjoy power walking to some energetic tunes. I also enjoy the occasional aerobic dance class. I love swimming when I can find a pool. I also love kayaking, but I sadly only do it about once a year - I want to increase that.

I enjoy restorative yoga and want to fit it in more.

I practice almost daily self myofascial release, it's amazing!

Personal Information:
I'm single, 38, no children, no pets now (though I love them and had a dog for several years). I live in New York City.

I love to travel. I'd like to be more physically fit so I can be more active on vacations.

I love all things Disney. I like to scrapbook. I love almost all kinds of music.

I think the Kickboxing one is available for me to watch on Amazon Prime still I'll have to try it out!

I am an Android girl so I don't really know anything about iTunes or Podcasts and have never listened to one before!!! LOL But I did watch the show "Losing It With Jillian" back when it was on and I loved it! I think she's a really inspiring person and I like working out emotional issues along with the physical stuff too.

I've seen a lot of cross over stuff in my own life like taking risks, trying something new. I think I've also grown more in what I think I'm capable of and have a lot more self-efficacy and confidence. I know I can do this now and I've proven it to myself! I even see that I really am tough and strong, and can do more than I thought I could! And if we keep pushing our limits then we find that there really are no limits! I'm so excited for the hundred pushup training too...I would never have thought I'd attempt that at least in full pushup form and not modified!

Oh wow I had seen that program on Amazon! That would be so cool feeling to get to the very end! You can totally do it! I tend to like her style of workouts too, I like the circuits she makes a lot and I like incorporating a bit of cardio into a circuit too.

I've been thinking of trying out her kickboxing one since I've really been loving any punch cardio she's introduced in other dvds.

Anyway I like her no nonsense style, she's straight forward just giving us things to get into shape and I love her motivating words too they just really ring true to me. I love when she makes her examples work harder HAHA but it makes me want to work harder too. I also usually love Tamilee Web's stuff too, she's very informative in hers and I like that she names muscles correctly etc. I guess I like strong women who don't candy coat or down play what women are capable of doing. It makes me feel strong and capable like I know what I'm doing too! LOL

I know I said this last challenge, but I will say it again...I LOVE visiting the Grey Wolves pages. My Mom is a HUGE wolf fan, and everytime I see one of your pages it makes me think of her and smile.
