Okay, okay, so it's been awhile since I left you a message! But here's the report... yesterday I did 2.25 miles and today 2.15 miles. My goal would be to get up to 2.5 miles in the next two to three weeks and stay right around that. Hope you're getting back into a routine of some sort with being back at school!
Good morning! Just checkin in. So I didn't get in my 2 miles yesterday on account of feeling like I was going to throw up the entire day (now that's a fun way to spend a Friday). Going to my in-laws here today and won't be home till Monday, but I know my mother-in-law loves to take Harrison for walks so I'll be tagging along to get in some exercise that way and make sure they're nice looooong walks :)
I think anytime your usual schedule gets changed it's harder to try and make sure you get your exercise in. Like this weekend we're going to visit my in-laws (oh joy!) so Sunday who knows if I'll get the chance to get anything in. But for today I did get my two miles in :)
