My Goals:
I want to fit in my clothes without worrying all day long about whether or not people can see the fat rolling over the top of my pants.

I want to be able to buy clothes in a regular store.

I want to weigh less than my husband.

My Program:
I must track my food everyday...even when I eat things I maybe shouldn't.

I am trying to get at least 15 minutes of cardio everyday and 15 minutes of strength training every second day.

I teach elementary music.

I had to kick myself in the butt to get on the gazelle this morning because I started my excuse making phase of the workout regimen *LOL* But I got it done :)

I think anytime your usual schedule gets changed it's harder to try and make sure you get your exercise in. Like this weekend we're going to visit my in-laws (oh joy!) so Sunday who knows if I'll get the chance to get anything in. But for today I did get my two miles in :)

Welcome to SP! Glad to see my was helpful to you. Right now it's the only form of "therapy" I can afford!

Glad to see I'm not the only meal-planner challenged person.

The one thing I think I am gaining so far on my journey (other than weight emoticon is awareness. It took a certain lifestyle with all its unhealthy habits to get me this way and it will take a different lifestyle and healthier habits to change.

*LOL* I'm in the central time zone. I get up at 5:30 during the work week so I can be sure to get my workout in before my son wakes up!
