I think anytime your usual schedule gets changed it's harder to try and make sure you get your exercise in. Like this weekend we're going to visit my in-laws (oh joy!) so Sunday who knows if I'll get the chance to get anything in. But for today I did get my two miles in :)

The one thing I think I am gaining so far on my journey (other than weight is awareness. It took a certain lifestyle with all its unhealthy habits to get me this way and it will take a different lifestyle and healthier habits to change. take care
