Namaste.

My Goals:
My personal goal is to create a dynamic balance in my health that can go where ever I go. Since my family moves every three or four years, portability is paramount.

My Program:
I like change. Currently, I walk daily, teach Yoga 5 days a week, and strength train 4 days a week.

I am working on finding a more healthful meal plan that is on the go during the week and more leisurely on the weekend.

Personal Information:
I am currently living in Germany with my husband and I have a 20 year old daughter.

Other Information:
Evolutionary change, not revolutionary change. If I say that another way, small sustainable changes instead of large sweeping changes.

Hello, Andrea. Thanks for your comment on my blog.
I am also an "Andrea," and in High School, I had a friend you used to call me "Dree"... which I always liked.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I followed your advice and according to my BMI 105 and under would be concidered underweight. But that doesnt matter because army standard says 107. I dont think that I really have any more weight to lose now though, and without doing something extreme then I should stablize,.. but they are just really concerened
thanks for the advice, it did help to put things in prospective
