Hey fellow sparkers..hope you are having a wonderful day..I am. Just wanted to share a little of what helps with sticking to eating right.
I am not following any specific diet just something i planned on my own. I have discovered that first, tracking your food helps puts your nutrition into prospective. You don't really realise just how many calories some things we eat everyday contain.I can now make healthy food choices with the trackers help. Logging in everyday and seeing new success stories is really motivating..I got the app for my phone so I don't mess up my day. I exercise too n the daily calorie differential helps me stay motivated, making sure by the end of the day i do my exercises. I have also found it extremely helpful to log in the next day meals,it helps me stay on track and if i happen to have something outside my plan, I can adjust my plan so that i stay in my calorie range. I have kinda just started (like a thousand times before). But this has never kept me from giving it my all every time. I also keep some pictures of success people and weight they have lost in my phone, for motivation also. So if anyone out there is on that road for the 1st or the nth time, do it with all your heart.come back to spark people if you feel demotivated.. We are all here for eachother..
