    There are times in our lives when a diet may be easier than at other times. In times of stress or tragedy, it may be impossible for us to lose weight. Diets take concentration and commitment. Things may come up to cause us to fall away from our diets, but we need to get started again as soon as possible. Just because we fail once doesn't mean we will fail every time. Pray for God's help and guidance. He will be faithful to help us through the tough times and the times we fail. God will make our way easier through His companionship and comfort.

    Just stopping in and see that your ticker is going down. That is awesome! You can do it. You have the power to reach your goals. I am at the ball feild almost every night this spring. I've got two boys in baseball. It forces me to be outside and enjoy the warm evening and life with my boys. Talk to you soon.

    Thanks for the comment on my page. I was able to get below 150 by making sure I count all my calories and stay within my range. I started working out with a trainer in February and that has helped me maintain my current weight. Also, since I'm working out I can eat more and not gain weight. I have been at the same weight since January!
    I'm not sure how much time you have to work-out, but I would highly recommend that you try to squeeze in a workout a few times a week. Exercise has not only helped me with my fitness and weight loss goals, but it has helped me to deal with my stressfu workl life! I can only imagine how hectic your schedule is right now. Good luck!
