Maintenance Momma in Action

I keep coming back to SP because it works. Here are a few of the ways I'm looking to use SP this time around -

Heya. Got your comment on the blog I posted (about the Slow sign ... damn orange sign haha.)

Anyway, yeah I do have some local runs planned. One down your way too I think.

For Sept I have 2 planned. One's in Vantucky ... for some schools. It's called the Rivarly 5K ...its not been promoted all that well though. I think its on the 14th.

The other is on the 27th or 28th of Sept. Its the Race For the Rescues (to help pets). I believe its being held in the PIR area.

Then in October I have the Color Vibe run ... that one's in Hillsboro.

I don't have anything on the books yet for Nov or Dec ... but races get far and few during that time I think ...so likely it will be the Turkey Trot and the Jingle Bell Run ... but in downtown Portland?

What about you? Are you finding time to do any runs?

Nice to see you are still on here too :)

I was wondering if the family things was now taking up all our time ... and it wouldn't be a bad thing if it was ... but I'm also glad to see that you are taking time for you!

Besides the gyms stuffs, are you doing outdoor activities? (I actually took up running at the beginning of the year. YOW ... it's hard!)

Hey. Thanks for posting to my page. I'm doing well....just posted my 2nd weight loss video and very pleased with the results after my first month of joining the gym and working with a trainer once per week. I'm looking forward to continued results. How are you doing?
