Smiling from within

In August 2008 I decided after finishing dental school I would win the battle of the bulge. I'm proud to say I removed pounds went from 242 to a low of 191! I felt like a newly changed woman, what could stop me now! Little did I know real life would have its ups and downs too, that the stress of the world after a five year fight I would regain the weight.

I am a changed woman! Fitness is definitely a part of my daily regimen I'm back to learn more about what to eat and tracking! ...

My Goals:
Get reacquainted with my body. Learn my bodes formula. Fitness goals come easy let's work on racking and nutrition!



My Program:
Sunday- 1 hr walk
Monday- circuit training , walk dog, am DVD
Tues- cardio... Variety
Wed- circuit training, kettle bell, am DVD
Thurs- am variety, cardio at gym, walk dog
Fri and sat variety mix add stretch on the weekend

Other Information:
Nov goal- remove five lbs
Dec goal- remove five lbs

Each day is an opportunity to do well, be proud and smile!

Each meal is an option to chose a healthy choice!

Hey Honey B. Healthy and Fabulous! How you doing? I still emoticon We NEED to find time to catch up more! Just checking in because I have been on such a downhill spiral, I don't know what the deal is! I'm not balancing things well yet. I do good in one area and then fail miserably in another. When I fail at the eating like I have in the last week, I pay BIG time! emoticon

Hope you're doing MUCH better than I am! How's challenge? How's your week been going?

Right now I'm gonna plan out my eating because I guess I REALLY need that right now. I can't help feeling like such a failure when I don't do what I know is better. I just don't get it. Why the obviously better choices are so hard to make consistently. Bottom line is that it doesn't matter though...It can be and I need to either make the right choices 80% of the time or deal with the consequenses right? LOL
