Smiling from within

In August 2008 I decided after finishing dental school I would win the battle of the bulge. I'm proud to say I removed pounds went from 242 to a low of 191! I felt like a newly changed woman, what could stop me now! Little did I know real life would have its ups and downs too, that the stress of the world after a five year fight I would regain the weight.

I am a changed woman! Fitness is definitely a part of my daily regimen I'm back to learn more about what to eat and tracking! ...

My Goals:
Get reacquainted with my body. Learn my bodes formula. Fitness goals come easy let's work on racking and nutrition!



My Program:
Sunday- 1 hr walk
Monday- circuit training , walk dog, am DVD
Tues- cardio... Variety
Wed- circuit training, kettle bell, am DVD
Thurs- am variety, cardio at gym, walk dog
Fri and sat variety mix add stretch on the weekend

Other Information:
Nov goal- remove five lbs
Dec goal- remove five lbs

Each day is an opportunity to do well, be proud and smile!

Each meal is an option to chose a healthy choice!

Hi, hope your having an awesome week. I noticed we are close and if your still interested. I LOVE ZUMBA just haven't found the found loving class I fell in love with in TN. We had lights off , disco ball, loud fun music and fun colored lights. Send me a message if your interested :)
