I just read your words about beets. I've been wondering how to incorporate them, because I truly just don't like the taste. Do you think I could roast them, peel and add one or two to a smoothie?? Thank you for reaching out to me several days ago. It's been a whirlwind!! Between the stuff at work and my daughter's illnesses, it's rather hectic. However, she approached me yesterday and asked if I'd help her with her own weight loss (She's 17 and has gained about 60 pounds from some meds she has been on. They took her off of those meds a couple weeks ago and she now wants to lose some of the weight.). I was beyond excited and I'm thrilled be able to do this with her. Hopefully, it will help with some of her other issues, as well.
I'm actually doing "OK". Not great, but not bad, either. I'm looking forward to tomorrow for a new month, new season and new time of regeneration and new beginnings.

I did not begin yet as I have too much healthy food that has to be eaten! lol I indulged over the weekend without regrets but I do have some weight back on although. Thanks for the info about Mary's minis. I'm going to go check that out. Could be just what I need! thanks! 12 days ago
