Have fun with family while:
- Controlling calories
- 3500 Aerobic cals /week

- Drink lots of water

Another pound. Good for you. When did the "25 lb weight loss with sparkpeople" show up.

You've also changed your goals. I'm impressed if you can walk 3 miles in 40 mins. That is approaching jogging at 13.33 mins per mile. I could never come close to that based upon the numbers on the treadmill.
