Personal Information:
I am from Lincoln, Alabama. A little town in the shadow of the Talladega Super Speedway for you Nascar fans. I live between Atlanta and Birmingham on the Coosa River. I love Alabama it is my home. My family all went back north to Pittsburgh which I love to visit but whew it's good to come home to the South!

Other Information:
I love dogs (boxers male and female), to sew and Quilt, and am looking forward to having the energy to keep my home with joy and excidement instead of weariness.

Thanks for stopping by my blog about my labs. Funny you should mention the 3 + 6 supplements. I do take fish oil, but my trainer just recommended I switch to the others. She said that women metabolize them better, so I just picked some up and I'm going to give them a try!

Also, thank you for the anniversary wishes! We were out shoveling snow earlier. Hopefully we don't get too much more and yes, the temperatures will be dropping. It is supposed to get down to -17 tonight - that is the actual air temperature. Not sure what it will be with the wind chill. Hope you are staying warm where you are!
