My favorite spark concept is consistency. It is really hard for me to stick to so many new behaviors so I do one new behavior consistently for a week or so and then add another new behavior. Like...I had just added swimming but then I got a flu and then it rained. Now we don't exercise in a pool in the rain when we are sick but I also planned ahead and had some friends who would walk with me while I was getting to feel better. Being out prevented me from getting them sick and I got to burn some calories. So now I get to go back to water aerobics and my Hour long 3 mile walks. So figure out what works for you and go for it.
