I AM IN CONTROL OF THE FOOD (MOSTLY) rather than it controlling me!
I am getting a grip on my weight with the help of the Slimming World healthy eating plan now but do realise my addiction to food means I have to be constantly vigilant of the 'extras'/syns
TRYING NOT TO EAT BETWEEN MEALS HOWEVER CHALLENGING THAT CAN BE!

I HAVE TAKEN TARGET again and am just below my SW target and intend to maintain it - the really hard bit.

Slimming World is all about Synergy (put every element together).

1 Fill up on free and superfree foods
2 Healthy Extras - A section and B section
3 Syns - 10 per day or 70 per week

We need to put all three elements together for Synergy!

Also try to drink at least 7 glasses of water/fluid every day

WRITE IT DOWN SO I KNOW I'M USING RATHER THAN ABUSING THE SYNS!

I now also recognise how important staying to Image Therapy group is, supporting other people as well! I know the plan really well and know it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

REALLY ENJOYING THE 100 DAYS TEAM AND CHALLENGES, FIND IT HARD TO POST ONLINE EVERYDAY BUT ANSWER IN MY JOURNAL.

My Goals:
I have achieved my goal with Slimming World in December 2014 and want to maintain that weight =/-3lbs! CURRENTLY I AM AT TARGET, IN FACT AT MY LAST WEIGH IN I WAS ON THE LOWER END OF MY TARGET! :-)


My Program:
Started following 100 Days today 1/8/15 and although am still doing Slimming World as I believe in this programme I need more support to do this for life?!

My name is Donna. I live near Preston, Lancashire. I have two children, a girl Chloe who is 13 and a son James who was 11 in March. I am happily married to Tony, we've been together for more than 25 years and married for 15 years.


Other Information:
I love reading, especially James Patterson and Karin Slaughter books

I also like zumba classes but can't go to as many as I'm working more hours (haven't been since March since back issues sadly)

I like to go to my pilates class on Wednesday afternoons when I can

    Thanks for commenting on my blog. Once I'm on here I don't want to leave so I have decided the best way to reduce my sparking is to take whole days off! I've had two this week and loved it!

    3 miles is 194/5 lengths but I actually did 200 which is 3.10686 miles. Takes me 2 hours 35 minutes.

    emoticon Most people don't appreciate how much effort it takes to maintain a healthy weight! There's very little support or sympathy for anyone who looks 'normal' weight (except here on Spark of course!) I think your reply was spot on!

    Work wasn't too bad - thanks for asking! It's always hard to go back after a break.... my feet are well tired and I'll be glad to get to bed tonight!

    I am on the no S plan. It just seems to work for me. I mostly limit snacks and sweets to weekends but I will have a piece of fruit or a few nuts in the afternoon if I need it. That usually happens if I have eaten too little for lunch. Other than that 3 meals a day is fine for me. emoticon
