Most people don't appreciate how much effort it takes to maintain a healthy weight! There's very little support or sympathy for anyone who looks 'normal' weight (except here on Spark of course!) I think your reply was spot on!

I am on the no S plan. It just seems to work for me. I mostly limit snacks and sweets to weekends but I will have a piece of fruit or a few nuts in the afternoon if I need it. That usually happens if I have eaten too little for lunch. Other than that 3 meals a day is fine for me. 5 days ago
