I've lost 22 lbs since January 2013 and it feels great. I'm trying to stay on a healthy diet, stay active and exercise daily. It's like cleaning house; you want a clean house so you have to make the time and effort to get it done. :-)

My goal is to balance life in all aspects.

Making sure my body gets the nutrients it needs. I am committed to eating several raw fruits and veges a day. I try to stay committed to 30-60 mins of activity every day.

Personal Information:
I am a single woman looking to change my lifestyle for the better. I want to someday meet a nice man, get married and to top off the best life ever have grandchildren and lots of love in my life.

Other Information:
I'm up to a quart of green smoothie a day, that's 4 parts leafy greens and 3 parts fruits.

Welcome to our new but growing team, GET OUT! I hope you will join in on the conversation and, more importantly, the challenges. We have a few going on now or suggest another one if you'd like motivation buddies to get active outdoors. On a personal note, I have asthma, too. Loosing weight and exercising has helped tremendously. Congrats on your weightloss, so far. See you on the team!

I hope this page finds you in good spirits and grasping all that life has to offer. Life is about good relationships, love, positive thinking, compassion, hope, live fruits and veges, balance and friends that makes us smile. Being silly and fun can never be nor should be ignored or diminished in any way. Laugh and smile lots, love yourself even when you accidently eat that double cheeseburger and large chocolate shake. "The heart is your leader in more ways than one" so keep it healthy and follow its path. Happy days to you and yours!
