I'm Stacy and I'm here to focus on me and my health! I found SparkPeople in February 2010 as I was just starting my journey to a healthier life. At that time, I had realized (after looking at vacation pictures of myself from Aug '09) that if I didn't take control of my life, I may not see my children grow up. I set myself up with a very do-able plan and found myself at goal weight 6 months later.

Here I am, 4 years later, frustrated like crazy that I seem to keep gaining, rather than losing after having my third baby in October 2011. Looking back, 2013 was not a good year for me.

I seem to have fallen back into my old habits, which have led me very close to my original starting weight.
I have completely been slacking, and by that, I mean taking in way too much sugar and not enough, rather, ANY exercise.

I know that I am the only one who can make the necessary changes to get myself back on the right track. I have all the tools I need right here with SparkPeople, it's just a matter of me actually using them.

Here I am, once again, determined to get back to my original goal weight. Join me on my journey.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to be happy with my body and have more confidence.

Daily goals:

1. drink 8-10 glasses of water daily

2. eat 3-5 freggies

3. exercise - at least 10 minutes a day!

4. track ALL foods!


My Program:
1. NO MORE POP!

2. no snacks within 3 hours of bedtime

3. smaller portions

4. healthier choices

5. moderate exercise 3-5x per week

This time around I haven't been giving myself any rewards. Will definitely be thinking of something for when I reach my goal weight.
