Third times a charm?? You got that right!

So as I sit here I am trying to think of what to write for a third time....about 5-6 years ago I lost 117 lbs and was at my all time low as an adult. I was never a bigger person until after I had my first daughter and now here I am 4 kids later (just had a baby 4 weeks ago) looking to lose the rest of my baby weight and then some to finally get to my ultimate goal. I am done having babies and there will be no more reasons for me to be big again!

So as I sit here I am trying to think of what to write for a third time....about 5-6 years ago I lost 117 lbs and was at my all time low as an adult. I was never a bigger person until after I had my first daughter and now here I am 4 kids later (just had a baby 4 weeks ago) looking to lose the rest of my baby weight and then some to finally get to my ultimate goal. I am done having babies and there will be no more reasons for me to be big again!

Last year I lost almost 50 lbs by doing two rounds of p90x when I got married in july 2013. A month later I got pregnant with my baby boy and at 7 wks was put on bed rest and continued with it until I had him may 2014. Unfortunately I went from working out 6 days a week and running at least 3 days a week to nothing for almost a year and I gained exactly 100 lbs.

In a month ive already lost almost half of that thanks to fluid gain etc So now onto my ultimate goal of 155.....lets do this!

Weight the day I had my baby boy was my highest EVER 288lbs!

6/9/14 start t25 and eating better 251 lbs
6/14-248 (down 3lbs week 1) total 40 lbs in 4 wks
6/21-246.2(down 1.6lbs week 2) total 41.6 in 5 wks
6/28-243.4(down 3 lbs week 3) total 44.6 in 6 wks
7/5-240.8 (down 2.6lbs week 4) total 47.2 in 7 wks
7/12-240.6(down .2 week 5) total 47.4 in 8 wks
7/19-236.8(down 3.6 lbs week 6) total 51.2 in 9 wks
7/26-235.8(down 1 lb week 7) total 52.2 in 10 wks



I LOVE to mix up my workouts between turbo jam, p90x, t25, zumba, the gym, running etc..

My ultimate goal is between 150-155 lbs and to be tone and I WILL NOT stop until I reach it.

Needed some motivation today... went to see people's pages. I did my Week 7, Day 2 run for the 5k training program and it felt pretty good, but I'm still feeling "stuck". Then I visited your page and saw the progress you've made and how far you're running (and winning medals!) and it was a nice boost. Thank you for the inspiration!
