My Goals:
I want to be able to wake up everyday knowing when my feet hit that floor I am happy with myself, I look good, and feel even better!
I want to feel confident!!

My Program:
Trying to walk every day and beginning to watch what I am eating.

Stopped smoking in 2005....

Personal Information:
I am originally from N.Y, moved here in 1996 I do not like the heat of the summers here......

I am not much of an outdoors kinda person but I am trying to change that. I love nature and all but never do anything as far as fun....

Other Information:
I have not found my motivating factor yet. Any suggestions?

My biggest challenge is not eating in the mornings....I have to force myself to eat, then of course I start feeling hungry @ the wrong times....
I am not eating after 7 pm so thats my first step....
