Today is the first day... (you know the rest)

Looking for the body that I found at 50.... then lost again. I'm approaching my 58th birthday. I could kick myself- so I am- kicking myself into gear and back Sparking, tracking my food, walking, etc. All the things that worked once can work again. I need to get back to how I looked an felt in October 2006.

Current Status:
DUFFYDYER Wow! Had a 'healthy' lunch... ok could have skipped the potato chips... but didn't expect that it was 660 calories! Ouch!

My Goals:
My goals:
1. To feel and look better!
2. To sleep better at night because I don't have to wake up to turn over.
3. To reach my goal weight by September 2015 and then STAY THERE for the rest of my life!

My Program:
I'm eating three balanced meals a day and two small snacks, five fruits and veggies, calorie range of 1200-1500 and doing some kind of cardio EVERY DAY! I still need to get better at strength training- so I'm thinking about joining a gym.

Personal Information:
I'm from NJ. I've been married for 37 years and I have a fabulous 27 year old daughter (and now a son-in-law) and I love baseball (Go Yankees!) and ballet.
I'm starting a new job on December 1st and will reduce my commute from 2+ hours in the car a day (round trip) to about 40 minutes! I will do healthy things (walking, cooking healthy) with the extra time!

Thanks for stopping by my page and saying Hi. Would like to say I am head-over-heals back into Spark, but struggling to do so. I am once again half hardly back but need to find the motivations to increase my percentage. But other than that I am doing fine and waiting for Winter to settle into the area. Sad to see the Summer leave us. Have managed to put on 15,000 miles on the motorcycle this year. A lot of new territory I have not seen on two wheels.

Nice to see you here again. And no you are not crazy and hope this will be the best and last time....you can make the changes that you need, its takes a little time and determination, but you can do it. Always remember you are not the only crazy one here....LOL I am right here with you.
