I'm not Loosing, I'm Spending!!

My diet is based on the Bariatric Lap Band Surgery Diet.

I was going to have Lap-Band surgery and was on the table. Test came back pregnant! Well, that stopped the drs. So I decided to build my diet on what I would eat if I had had the surgery and just pretend.

Using this method in 2008 I lost 50# in 5 or 6 months. Then I decided to maintain and let my body stablize for the rest of that year and 2009. Now it's 2010 and I'm Starting again!
