The goal is to exercise at least 20 minutes for 5 days a week. Eat at least 2 veggies every day. Drink 8 glasses of water each day.

I have had salmon salad for lunch and with my omelette this morning, I also had a little green salad and cherry tomatoes on the side - no dressing. Once this humidity drops, I will start making soups. Have a great day. emoticon

Thank you for the lovely Goodie. What do you think is
the best soup to have? It is so hot here and just haven't got
the energy to cook. Had salmon and salad and yoghurt with fresh blueberries for dinner. I am feeling peckish, but I will resist and go to bed instead.
