I've been obese my entire life. I really hate that word, and I especially hate that it describes me. I recently turned 30, and it's made me realize just how much of my life I'm leaving on the table by letting my weight get in the way. Look at that tracker go woot woot! I try to stay in touch with everyone for the most part on the tracker cheering on the weight loss and activity. But, was thinking about you today and thought I would say hello. Hope this week is a great one for you. I am doing well I am a slow loser but, I know I will get there. I am just focusing on daily making my calorie ranges and M-F getting exercise in. It feels like I am in my groove for the most part. I struggle on the weekends a bit. because with out activity My calories go down. emoticon

Hello my SP friend! How is it going? My husband and I started a SP team and your invited. So many of our teams went inactive. We want a team that will stay very active and encourage others. We decided SP and all our Sp friends have given us so much its time to give back and encourage others! emoticon Its called Beastmode the icon is on my page. Yeah my goals and determination are the same but, I got a couple e-mails stating that I need to do such and such to be active on the teams. So I cut down the amount of teams I was on so I can be active in them all. I read your last blog and totally relate but, I do not regret gaining the weight back. the lessons I learned changed me. I do not want to just lose the weight but, I want the mindsets that will make me successful for the long hall. This is for a life time now no more mindless eating. emoticon emoticon emoticon . I like me now on the way to getting to my goal weight too. I am enjoying the whole journey! My self talk was not good before it was so hard to get that 105 off. Also I do not lose by the books I do -5 one month- 10 or -15 another. I used to get so stressed. Now I am laid back knowing as long as my cals are good and my exercise then at the end of the year I will be healthier. emoticon
