My Goals:
My long term goal is to get down to 140. ...but I can only do that if I can get over this no-weight-loss slump I've been in for a month!

My Program:
Currently tracking my food and fitness. Keeping my calories between 1200 and 1500. Working out five days a week unless something pressing keeps from the treadmill.

Hi! - To get the tracker, all you have to do is go to your spark page (which you should already be on lol), click "Edit" your spark page, and if you scroll all the way to the bottom right before your comment section you will see the box and options for your tracker! Hope that helps!
