Woohoo...Thankyou so much for the goodie.... I love pumpkin....we can usually get it all year round as well....love it roasted with kumera, parsnip, peppers, garlic, onions and potatoes and served on a lettuce salad.....yum..... I usually cut all the veg into smallish pieces before I roast them....yummy
