Long Term: Healthy BMI.

Mid Term: Summer programs learning new skills while continuing to work on health; 5% summer challenge (8 weeks)

Short term: Get garden growing and making a nice back yard. Both involving lots of exercise

My Program:
Fast Metabolism Diet

Skinny Fiber Supplements.

Personal Information:
56 yr old granny of 12.

25 - 30 lbs to go to be at an ideal weight. (I gained back some of the 40 I lost).

The healthier I get the easier fibro symptoms are to handle.
