Thank you for your concern re our earthquakes. I personally have felt 2 since Friday. The building sways and creaks, only lasting 20 - 30 seconds.

We survived the big one last year and am quite confident that this building is safe. There is more danger along the coast line south of here as that is where the epicentre is!

Hi, and thanks for your comment on my blog! I used to drink wine with dinner every night, and I really looked forward to it! For some people, a craving for alcohol is really just a craving for sugar, and I think that was true for me. When I decided to reduce the amount of wine I was drinking, I replaced my nightly glass of wine with a glass of grape juice. No savings in calories, but I was trying to form a new habit. From day one, I did not miss the wine AT ALL! Gradually I watered down the grape juice to save calories. Then I found the Trop50 juices - they come in several flavors, all with 50 calories per serving. They are all delicious!
