I've lost about 40 pounds overall, since starting-took a break from caring about any of it for 2 and a half years. Now, I'm back and looking forward to losing about 20-25 more pounds, depending on what the mirror tells me as I get closer to that goal.

Fitness: Go from walk to walk-jog to jog to jog-run, without feeling like I'm going to die from it.
Weight: Worst 190ish
2011: 166
Now: 150
Goal: Lose about 20-25 more pounds in 5% body weight increments. Definitely rewards for those!

My Program:
In addition to the resources on SP, I also use a lot of the ideas found in The Gabriel Method. I saw a lot of life changing differences in myself when I was losing weight with that program before I got pregnant with baby #4 at age 43.
