SAIL ON

I joined years ago to support a friend. I am now ready to do this for me. I accomplished my goal I set for myself last year (2012). That was to go to the gym that I joined. I am happy to say I feel I made it more than I skipped. But it is by a close margin. Now that I am going, I am expanding my goals to ditch the excess weight and stick with this goal. I don't Think I can. I KNOW I CAN!! Go team Me! :) I am looking for people that can help me.

I want to loose 40 lbs and then shed the rest.

I want to Knit an awesome sweater, and the Dr. Who scarf.

I want to have a visible Bicep.

I want to get 10miles on a stationary bike in under 45 minutes.

To plant and use a herb/vegetable garden.

My Program:
I will do spark videos on days I skip a planned gym day.

I will start regulary using the weight machines at the gym.

Eat healthy.
