I am watching what I am eating, trying to track everything and stay within my ranges. I am eating more fruits & vegetables and finding healthier options to eat. I cut out the junk and most of the sweets.
I saw your posts about being hungry. It could be many things but here's my 2 cents! I use to feel one of two ways ravenous or really full. I could eat a whole meal and feel like I ate nothing. Or a few bites in couldn't eat another bite. So a few years ago between wacky blood work and listening to my saga the new doc said I think you have celiac! Well a some months later I gave up all gluten and those 2 feelings I describe vanished. It's been over two years of gluten free eating and I guess I feel normal now. Just another idea for you!
