Healthy Habits

I want to be fit and healthy. I focus on eating better and exercising more. Gradual changes are easier to maintain in the long run, and I am in this for the long haul. I still struggle with a wicked sweet tooth and emotional eating, but I am improving. I recognize and appreciate the small victories and I know that it will take a while to overcome bad habits.

My Program:
I am watching what I am eating, trying to track everything and stay within my ranges. I am eating more fruits & vegetables and finding healthier options to eat. I cut out the junk and most of the sweets.
