A NEW START-Again

I am retired and am very busy and happy but continue to gain weight. M new goal is 140 lb. I need to get control of my eating because my self-esteem and health is tied to my appearance.

6 years ago I reached my lifetime membership @ Weight Watchers. I have since gained my weight back and more.
I then lost 10 lbs (1/2 of this) on Sparkpeople 3 years .
I am back again because I know it works & hope to get bk. to 130 and stick it!

What is your calorie range? 1200 is minimum calories, so you might need to eat a bit more. I know that seems counter-intuitive, but in my time as a WW leader and also in my own poundage plan, I have seen too few calories stall weight loss at times. You might try bumping your calories up 500 or so, or calorie cycling where you vary within your calorie range with high and low days.

Glad things are going well for you and that you are losing the weight. It's always a good feeling when you start losing weight.
