Good luck on the dukan diet. My co-worker is on it now but I can't do it since I don't like meat that much. The first phase (very short) is all meat no carbs and the second is only meat and veggies every other day with the meat only. Even with meat, veggies, fruits and nuts I have been feeling empty hungry all weekend. But I am hoping that once my body gets used to it I will be feeling way better.
I have been counting my carbs and trying to stick to 100 carbs (recommended on Primal) but am okay if I go up to 150 carbs two days a week. Especially since I work out almost every day. But plan to scale back and do more lower impact exercises like they recommend.
