I have been with Spark People for two years, with no noticeable results. This is not the fault of Spark People, but my lack of ability to believe. I will not quit. I will get this right. As a diabetic, my health depends on a good outcome. Help me to believe!!!

Teach Speech and Theatre in college.

~ 1 cup of YOU ARE A WINNER greetings.
~ 1 cup of I AM SO PROUD OF YOU smiles.
~ 1 cup of EMBRACING YOU WITH SPARK hugs.
~ 1 cup of TOGETHER, WE CAN DO IT support.
~ 1 cup of NEVER GIVE IN & NEVER GIVE UP encouragement.
~ 1 cup of ALWAYS BELIEVE IN YOURSELF motivation.
Mix greetings and smiles thoroughly.
Add hugs separately.
Slowly stir in support.
Blend encouragement and motivation.
Bake in warm heart.

There is absolutely no need to hang your head in shame. At different times in life, different issues take priority. I'll keep thinking of you, and I wish you all the best. You are living a rich life, whether you are at the weight you want to be or not. Sometimes it is really important to hold on to the big picture, and not sweat the details. The time will come when you can tackle them once again, if you want to.
