For My Family!

I want to be healthy and have a long energetic life so I can enjoy my daughter growing up. My goal is to get back to a healthy BMI and maintain my weight between 125-135 pounds. I plan to lose weight slowly with a Volumetric, anti-cancer diet focusing on vegetables, fruit, beans, and whole grains, plus drinking plenty of water! I'll avoid sugar, salt, red meat, and fried foods. Another big thing I need to work on is getting exercise. My initial goal is to get outside for 30 minutes most days.

Just stopped by to high-five a Top Pot fan. I went to put in my 1/3 of a chocolate bar and noticed nearly every Top Pot entry was yours! Hooray for local indulgences!

Fun Fact

Treat it well today emoticon

I must say that I get motivated every day when I see your progress pop up on my page. I guess since you are my friend, when you achieve something it shows me. Congrats on your weight loss!
