I am REdedicated! I recently found out that w/ my frame, I should weigh about 10 lbs less than what I do. Pair that with my recent "tummy issues" and you have Erin, back on SparkPeople.
I've been working towards upgrading my wardrobe, which means I have to look good in my clothes. Spanx can only take a girl so far :)

I'd like to learn more about healthy living. I don't really have a goal to lose much weight, because I think I look better now than 20 lbs lighter. I would however like to get in better shape and tone up. (With as little effort as possible, obviously!)
Well, I'm here, am I not? :) I will try to monitor what I eat more closely, and stick to the outlined goals for calories, fat, carbs, etc. I take the stairs at work and I try to use my Wii Fit and do the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, that's about as much exercise as I get. I'd also like to start doing some crunches at night... but I will need some extra motivation for that.
I'm 26 and work in a cubicle. My job is pretty cool, and sometimes sends me to interesting places. I am fortunate to have a loving family, awesome friends, and a great boyfriend who always makes me feel good about myself.
My favorite movies are Office Space, Super Troopers, Elf, and Good Will Hunting. What does that tell you about me?
