My Goals:
To complete New Rules of Lifting for Women by August 2014.

To keep tracking until August 2014.

My Program:
Eating MORE. I've done Low Calorie Weight Loss plans in the past. Through a lot of research I realize that it isnt about eating less but eating for your body's needs.

For exercise, Im doing C25K from Zen Labs and strength training with New Rules of Lifting for Women.

Other Information:
Im not a big pop culture person, but I do enjoy fitness and trying new workout trends.
