My Program:
S - I will weigh 13 pounds less by my birthday.

I will log my food at least five times a week.

M -I will use the scale and my food log to measure these goals.

A - I can attain these goals at this moment. I will revise my strategies if needed.

R - These goals are realistic because I can reach them losing a pound a week.

T - My birthday is my time goal.

How was your week? I did a no junk food challenge on Facebook and completed it with out any cheats!!! I'm feeling great today. I could not workout most of the week because I hurt my foot. I'm hoping I can get back to it today and do 5 days this week.

Since I'm in my phone I can only write so much at a time. Measurements would be good. I don't have a scale because I become obsessed with it. I will measure later this morning and will post. I'm excited to have a buddy to check in with!

This week's goal is to get back into working out daily. I workout at home and had been getting up at 5am to do so. It did work best for me... I should start that again 😋. I also want to stay away from junk food!!! how about we check in on Sat?

Hi Elizabeth,

I'm glad to hear your knees are doing better. That's such great news!

As for me, I'm still struggling with that shoulder. The doc thinks there might be some nerve damage so I have to go for another test. If they have to fix it, that's another operation. I'm starting to think this will never end!

At any rate, it's given me the opportunity to launch the business.

I'm ready to do some check ins. I also joined a Facebook group that meets daily. I'm not sure if you're up for that or not, but if you are let me know and we'll get you in there.

I'm still in the same boat: 20 lbs to lose.....
