ALL THINGS ARE NEW!!! New Goals 2017

What do I want to accomplish? I want to lose 25 pounds by the fall.

When do I want to accomplish it? I want to accomplish this in 6 months so I want to reach my goal by July 2017.

How will I know I've accomplished it? I will wear two sizes smaller in jeans and dresses. BP will be much lower. Better muscles.

Is it realistic and challenging? It is realistic as it means losing 7# per month.
I will accomplish it with a healthy eating program and 30 minutes exercise each day using poles and waterwalking, drinking 8 glasses water daily, sleeping 7-8 hours nightly.
One day is a free day.

    Elaine, thanks for visiting and commenting on my blog! REfuse is one word I hadn't thought of, but it fits. One of my "mantras" is "don't even start" that comes in handy when there's food and treats in the teacher's break room. How are you doing?
