I was not overweight until my forties when one day I looked in the mirror and I was shocked. I joined weight watchers and lost 35 pounds and four dress sizes in six months. Because of stress, injuries and medication I put half of it back on. In my fifties I am finding it much harder to lose weight. Now I want to get to a healthy weight and maintain.

Late night Monday check in. Weekends are tough for me as you can tell I didn't even check in. I did a little exercise and tried not to snack too much. Friday was my weigh in day and I'm happy to report that I'm down 4 pounds emoticon
Today I slept in so I forced myself to do my cardio tonight. I stayed withint my calorie limits. All in all not a bad Monday. emoticon

Just a quick check in, I did 30 mins on the elliptical, drank all my water, stayed within calorie range and felt pretty good today.
What did you do?

Here is my late night check in. I will start off by saying that I really hope you had a much better day than I did emoticon
I had a really crappie sleep last night and so I ended up sleeping in and missing workout, oh well guess I used a rest day. Today I was sad, even ended up crying at work for no reason.
On a good note I tracked all my food and have prepared my meals for tomorrow. I will do my cardio and it will be a better day all around.

Time for our daily check in. Hope you had a great day, maybe even got in some exercise and ate well too! I have done my 30 minutes of cardio and ate within my numbers, so pretty good day emoticon
