I was not overweight until my forties when one day I looked in the mirror and I was shocked. I joined weight watchers and lost 35 pounds and four dress sizes in six months. Because of stress, injuries and medication I put half of it back on. In my fifties I am finding it much harder to lose weight. Now I want to get to a healthy weight and maintain.

Late night Monday check in. Weekends are tough for me as you can tell I didn't even check in. I did a little exercise and tried not to snack too much. Friday was my weigh in day and I'm happy to report that I'm down 4 pounds emoticon
Today I slept in so I forced myself to do my cardio tonight. I stayed withint my calorie limits. All in all not a bad Monday. emoticon

Just a quick check in, I did 30 mins on the elliptical, drank all my water, stayed within calorie range and felt pretty good today.
What did you do?
