I guess it is time for an update.I had met my goal of 140 Jan. 19,2009,then got down to 132,but it gradually crept back up.My husband lost his job Oct.2010,my job at work,got more stressful and so I ended up going back to 149.I have been struggling with getting back down the past few months and now life has thrown me with a new curve with my sweet,energetic child passing away unexpectedly Dec.31 around 1 am.I know I will get my weight back down.I am not giving up.I am thankful to all my Spark ...

My Goals:
be wearing size 10 in jeans/dress slacks - met-Dec.2,2008

I can wear a 6 in some pants

Goal weight met( 140lbs- Jan.19,09

My Program:
I have cut down my portion sizes , eating fruit and veggies every day,drinking 8 glasses or more of water,

3 days I do strength training- including free weights 20lbs,
leg press 160-180 lbs.,
overhead pulldown 100-110 lbs 5-6sets of each.
I do 45min.in. cardio 6-7 days a week

I usually do stair stepper,but
occasionally will do treadmill or treadmill and stair stepper
other days
I ride my 15 speed to the park(weather permitting)
