My Goals:
"To have 4 times of workout every week. Have a planned diet, with healthy snacks and not being hungry all the time." October 2012

"Now I have 5-6 days a week of exercise, with most of them full body workouts with strength training and 1 being just cardio. I am preparing myself for 10k run in June which I would never have thought of I could do. I am strongest, fittest I have ever been and want to be even fitter. I want muscle definition and no more wobbly fats" March 2013

My Program:
"I have bought a membership to a gym, with twice a week yoga classes, once aerobics and once spinning. In addition to that I will go to walk in countryside and learn to ski." October 2012

"I learned to ski finally :) and got pretty good at it with once a week training. I ended up going to gym more than I planned starting with 3 times a week and ending up with sometimes 6 times a week. I learned about nutrition so now I have balance of carbs, fat and protein in my every meal. I coach my friends to get healthy and support each other"

Personal Information:
I am 20 something woman living in UK doing my PhD degree. I have been yo-yo dieting since my high school and there were always bad periods of the year (when I was overweight) and good periods of year (when I was normal weight) in the last 10 years. Since I started PhD I understood that I may soon end up being obese, so I dieted for a while, but gained weight back again as much as I lost it. So this time I decided it is not a way to live and I need to make myself! :) and here I am 12kg lighter, being able to do 2 hours of non-stop full body exercise, run, lift heavy, press up and do 100 crunches.
