Hi there! I'm Erica and I'm an actress and an acting teacher/ski instructor from Colorado.
I've struggled with my weight since the end of high school. It got even worse in college when I reached my highest weight of 170 lbs. I was in New York City, stressed about school, and just generally unhappy. After I graduated, I moved back to Colorado. I've struggled with my weight since the end of high school. It got even worse in college when I reached my highest weight of 170 lbs. I was in New York City, stressed about school, and just generally unhappy. After I graduated, I moved back to Colorado. I got a job as a ski instructor and over the course of the season, the weight kind of just melted away. I was active, sure, and I was eating better because I was living at home, but I was also happier than I'd been in the past three years. Now that I'm not so high up on the scale, I'm ready to become even healthier and get down to a weight recommended by my doctor.

I also finding new motivation from the fact that I'm having some exciting advances in my acting career!

My Goals:
I want to get down to a maintenance range of 140lbs to 135lbs!

My Program:
Right now I have a bit of a deadline as I will be showing some skin in an upcoming production. Therefore I'm using the 4 Hour Body Slow Card Plan.

In a couple months, however, I want to switch to keeping it simple with healthy choices, small portions, and lots of exercise!

Other Information:
My 4 favorite ways to exercise are skiing, hiking, yoga, and running!

Huzzah for healthy living!
