I guess I'm trying to approach this whole thing - achieving a healthier body weight, increasing my overall fitness level - from as pragmatic a standpoint as I can. I'm trying to make adjustments that are sustainable: don't try to force myself to enjoy a particular form of exercise but instead gravitate toward activities that are comfortable (and fun!), don't feel guilty for eating "bad" food once in a while, but primarily utilize a repertoire of healthy meal options/recipes that totally fit my ...

Cut myself some slack, relax about this whole endeavor. Less pressure, less chance of backsliding. It is what it is.

My Goals:
- Visible muscle definition = cool

- Be capable of running an 8 min mile (originally had 9 min here, but after a test run my current PR is 8:34!)

- Feel better (mentally and physically)

- Don't give up when winter hits

My Program:
- Eating better, but not restrictively

- Biking (+ use trainer when the weather stops cooperating)

- Hella walking

- Theoretical body weight strength training - don't dig it enough to keep up with it + lunges/squats hurt my knees

- Considering trying yoga
