My program is to stop eating fast food and boxed food. Cook more homemade meals and incorporate more veggies into them. Just bought a five pound bag of carrots to get through and a pound of broccoli. I rarely ever eat red meat. I love turkey and chicken. I can eat both forever. I'm Irish, so I love potatoes... I don't think I could ever cut those out.
I'm originally from Philly, PA.. Then Lancaster, PA... Then Austin, PA... Then on to Downingtown, PA... Lived in Modesto, CA for a year and a half... Now I'm back in Downingtown, PA mooching off my dad and step mom.

I can totally understand how addicting fast food is. It seems like once you have a taste you just crave more. It weirds me out when my food has that much control over me. Seriously, what do they put in that food?
