Hey chic! Thanks for the boxing gloves. I have been doing much better . I am walking or running at least 6 miles a week (trying ). I'm not tracking it on SP but on my run keeper app. Starting my day off with a healthyakfast . I also try to keep my lunch and snacks healthy...dinner can get a little not so good but better than before. Thank you again for the encouraement.

Maybe there is no 'back issues' team because there are so many varieties of back problems; what is ideal to help with one issue is exactly the opposite of another person's need for his/her back issue. ? "Physical Limitations" may cover it! 1350 days ago
I was never given a weight limit , just with the first 6- 8weeks after my surgery. Ive asked my pt and never got a straight answer,,,,I do know I get sore If I push myself and sometimes it can be alittle confusing if its good sore because im building back muscle or a bad sore like I went to far with the activity...I have an appointment on tuesday and I have a piece of paper with questions on it for him... Your story sounds abit challenging too. Im sorry to hear that....do you work out in a pool regularly? Are you able to do any exercise at home? I have 3lb dumbells im hoping will be ok to start with on my uppbody strengthening....
Thankyou for your advice with the groups....I actually looked through them and was hoping to see a specific group for back issues....was shocked there isnt any! Just one for sciatica and its kind of not even active it has like 4 people lol....
